Acne Skin Care Requires Common Sense

When an acne breakout is at hand, it’s very hard to resist the urge to do anything possible to just make it go away.

Scrubbing, scraping, popping and covering up with layers and layers of gook are all very normal and very common reactions. The problem is that’s not necessarily the best route to go with acne skin care.

I read this great article the other day on AcneGurus.com. It had some wonderful information about acne skin care, including tips on how to wash, when to wash and more.

Did you know that scrubbing can actually irritate acne-prone skin and make breakouts even worse? How about that chocolate and greasy foods don’t necessarily cause acne?

I didn’t! I’m sure glad I checked that article out and learned some of the facts about acne skin care.
